Yllinia
The underwater world of Yllinia is sacred the Yli people. It is one of their only cities and it is home to the Yli Council. Build of living coral, no two rooms are the same size or shape. There are few buildings, only those that provide privacy for the inhabitants, all meetings are held in open water. |

Mayor’s Residence
The manor is a cultural fusion of Ethian, Vpera, and Yli design. Inside is a spacious, airy expanse with an abundance of furnishings. Kitchens and servants’ quarters are on the first floor, while studies, offices, and bedrooms on the second. Outside, it flanks the entire side of the village square. There is a row of palm trees, a tiled sloping roof, stone walls, and ceiling-to-toe windows wrought with coral and mother of pearl. Each window has its own veranda. The manor was originally built by religious pilgrims and faces the Pillar of Names. |

Exil Slums
Dubbing themselves the people of Exil, the slums are a dirty place. The streets are paved with mud, buildings tilt to the side, threatening to fall at any moment. This land is dangerous and ruled by thieves. They live outside the wall and outside the law. |

A place filled with the smells of the sea and of the land. This is a locale where all races mingle to show their wares to each other in the hopes of doing business. Items for sale, hands for hire, and food to eat-it can all be found here and more. |

Via Dell'Acqua
Via Dell'Acqua makes up the majority of on land Onise. It is the name given to everything inside the walls and sanctioned by the government. The city is very much still under construction. It is difficult to go out and buy supplies as most things need to be traded for in the market. Buildings nearly all require repairs or rebuilding as they were put up so hastily. Academy Grounds
The academy was always the most complete section of Vione but with its new funding it has become a landscaping paradise. Filled with gardens, lakes and small wooded areas Vione Academia is easily the most beautiful magical school in existence. |

Dormitory
There are three student dormitories as well as a teacher housing complex. Although none of the dorms are exceptionally lavish, the students definitely live comfortably. They are provided with rooms that they share with one other student and teachers have private rooms. |

Portal Enclave
Very strict security surrounds the portal room. It is manned 24 hours a day and taxes must be paid upon entering the room or the visitor will not receive their pass that will allow them to continue their journey. The room is circle with open doorways that glow blue circling the room. One ordinary doorway is made of steel and is kept locked unless the guard opens it. Beyond the Portal Room lies a series of buildings and rest areas for travelers to use to rest and recover from portal effects as well as for researchers studying those same effects. The most important of these extra structures, at least for travelers, is the Lost and Found building. |

Auditorium
The auditorium has seen a lot of use for lectures but it has a completely new purpose now. The room has been retrofitted with 360 degree seating and a sunken platform in the center for the Summit. The seats are comfortable though it remains to be see how they will hold up to day long meetings. |

Stronghold
The Stronghold takes up a considerate section of the city considering the bulk of those in the city are part of the military or being held prisoner by them. A large selection of offices, training facilities, barracks and warehouses make this section of town nearly self-sustaining though it is all business. Solders are held to high standards. The prison is also located in this area of town and is held to the upmost security. |

Civilian District
The outpost's civilian district is mostly residential. Many of the homes are of a similar size and design since they were hastily constructed at the time the outpost was created. Over time more expansive and regal homes have sprung up on some of the major corners, testament to the growing wealth of successful merchants in New Ethus's stable trade market. |

Market District
The New Ethus Market District is a booming place. Merchants from the north and south gather here to take advantage of low import taxes and a secure thoroughfare. Robbery and fraud are uncommon and severely punished. Soldiers regularly patrol the marketplace to put a stop to would be thieves. |

Mea'lan Caravan
Attracted by the blossoming wealth in the New Ethus Outpost a community of Mea'lan nomads has set up a conspicuous encampment outside the walls. Their presence makes the guards uncomfortable and has caused an increase in ethnicly charged violence. Some claim that the caravan is a thinly veiled front for Mea'lan banditry. |

The Long Road
A long road snakes through jungle terrain from Onise through the mountain outpost and onward west into the mountains to where the entrance to Vione lays hidden. The way is treacherous but frequented by merchants and soldiers alike. Subforums: The Three Glades, Bridge Crossing |
